Elk River Health and Nursing Center of Fayetteville skilled nursing services generally are designed to follow a hospital stay, either on a short or long term basis. Long-term Care/Dementia

Elk River Health and Nursing Center of Fayetteville’s commitment to compassionate care is available to individuals diagnosed with dementia and other related cognitive disorders. Care is provided in a safe environment focused on the special needs of these individuals. Residents enjoy appropriate activities and programs supervised by staff that has been specially trained in the care of those who are cognitively impaired. This enhances safety and enjoyment of the residents and provides peace of mind to family members.
